High Efficiency/ Heavy Duty
ZEUTECH industrial centrifugal pumps are of highest quality construction, manufactured from stainless steel. Housing, front cover and impeller are precision castings, produced by the 'lost-Wax'-method or from solid forgings. Both methods of construction offer a guarantee of precision and non-porous surfaces, every pump has a minimum wall thickness of 8 to 10 mm, providing a working life of cover 25 years. Thousands of units have proved themselves on numerous installations.

ZEUTECH offers a modern range of centrifugal pumps which is systematically aimed at the products and pumping tasks of users. ZEUTECH ZP/ZPS Pumps are solely equipped with open impeller which are unsurpassed in hygienic applications. Customized steel alloys and solid components with minimum wall thickness of 6 to 8mm provide the ideal basis for problem-free operation. The Zeutech ZP/ZPS design principle gurantees high level of efficiency. Minimal secondary flow and an flow optimized pumping channel handle the fluid gently and minimize warming. The fluids pumped may contain air or other gas, be homogeneous or contain additives; and visocity up to 1,200 mPas also are no problem. Low NPSH levels permit use under unfavorable intake conditions. The extremely low-vibration running of the ZEUTECH ZP/ZPE Pumps supports the high reliability and long life of the mechanical seals. Double mechanical seals make the pumps suitable for operations under vacuum conditions and prevent damage to the products by contamination as well as environmental pollution due to product emissions. ZEUTECH ZP/ZPE pumps of course, can be used for cleaned-in-place and sterilization.

Application
Excellent suction performance makes it possible to use these pumps even under unfavorable inlet conditions low (NPSHA).
The high reliability and long service life of the mechanical seal are supported by the extremely low-vibration of ZEUTECH ZP pumps during operation. Double mechanical seals facilitate operation under evaporating conditions and prevent product contamination and environmental pollution spillage. ZEUTECH ZP and ZPE pumps are fully suitable for CIP and can be sterilized.

All ZEUTECH ZP pumps are equipped with open impellers. This is the ideal design for us in hygienic applications. Specially selected stainless steel alloys and solid components with minimum wall thicknesses of 6mm provide the ideal basis for problem-free operation.
The ZEUTECH ZP design principle guarantees high efficiency. The open impellers, combined with the flow optimized pumping channel, ensure re-circulation while guaranteeing the product is handled utmost care. Liquid to be pumped contain air and gas and may be homogeneous or contain additives; and viscosity up to 1,200 mpas also are no problem.

| High Pressure & High Discharge Pump A high volume sanitary pump for product transfers in high volume applications. This pumps is very well suited for filtration memorane systems.The inlet and outlet pipe of 6 inch diameter keeps the product velocity low at the high volume capacity of the pump. This features allows high pressure centrifugal pump, high discharge centrifugal pump to handle the product at a low shear. The pipe connections are standard Tri-Clamps. A Single mechanical seal or Double mechanical seal is used at the shaft seal. The pump is driven by a standard foot mounted motor. A flexible coupling connection motors and pump shaft. The motor and the pump are mounted on a base plate.
